Viewing experience with maximum comfort

Pulsar has fully considered the condition of human vision in the optical design of the Merger LRF XP50. It is in man’s nature to receive visual information through two optical channels simultaneously. In fact, it is less tiring to look with two eyes than to look with one eye. This provides enhanced detection of small or indistinct objects, improved performance in low-contrast situations compared to thermal imagers of the same technical level. The Merger LRF XP50 binoculars have an interpupillary distance adjustable from 56 to 71 mm, depending on the user.

The Merger LRF XP50 has a high-sensitivity sensor of 640×480 pixel @ < 25 mK NETD, it records minimal temperature differences when observing in low-temperature contrast situations, as well as in rain or fog. The 640×480 pixel resolution of the Merger LRF XP50 guarantees reliable identification of an object, display of crucial features of an animal and the very smallest details of the surrounding landscape.
