Tick Twister – tick hooks for humans & animals

Tick Twister is a harmless and hassle-free way to eradicate ticks in seconds, without leaving the mouthparts of ticks in dogs’ skin. It contains no chemicals and does not squeeze the tick, so there is a low risk of infection.

How it works.

The tick’s head is covered with backward points that allow the tick to “anchor” itself into the dog’s skin. By pulling the tick upward, the spines come up and close the stage in the skin. The tick may break, leaving body parts in the skin and causing painful inflammation or infection. By rotating, the tips bend in the axis of rotation and the tick can be easily removed without traction, reducing the risk of breaking the stage. When removing a tick, it is essential that you do not compress it. This reduces the risk of saliva reflux. This is because a tick’s saliva contains irritants and sometimes microorganisms that can lead to infections and/or allergies. Thus, the tick wister exerts pressure on the tick and removes it from the dog’s body.
