Element Optics Theos 6-36×56 FFP APR-2D MRAD rifle scope

Featuring an APR-2D Mrad FFP reticle, the Theos 6-36×56 riflescope is the flagship in Element Optics’ range after three years of intensive development. This scope features a fully revised turret system and zero-stop, magnification range of 6-36x, and digital control of the reticle illumination.

Reticle:
The Element Optics Theos 6-36×56 riflescope’s versatile APR-2D Mrad reticle is located in the first image plane, which means it magnifies with it and has knock-on subtensions across the entire magnification range. The wire cross can be illuminated in 10 levels of brightness, which can be set with the push button on the parallax turret.

Turrets:
Of the two resetable turrets, the elevation turret is equipped with an updated zero-stop mechanism that reverts to 5 clicks below zero after fully reversing the turret. A revolution indicator shows whether the turret is in its first or second revolution, during the second revolution the top row of numbers on the turret can be used. The parallax is adjustable from 10 yards to infinity.

Accessories:
– Thread protector ring: protects the threads of a turret after removing the turret cap, and prevents penetration of dust and dirt
– Aperture ring: partially covers the edge of the objective lens to reduce incoming light, this improves depth of field and reduces chromatic aberration
– Sun shade: prevents optical defects once aiming in the direction of the area around the sun, very useful during twilight
– Throw lever: allows quick operation of the magnification ring
