The updated Vortex Viper HD 10×42 meets all your expectations from a pair of binoculars. The case is covered with a rubberized coating for a secure, non-slip grip and durable protection. The optics are sealed with O-rings to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust and dirt. The binoculars are also gas-filled to ensure waterproof and condensation-free performance.
Optical quality
The Vortex Viper has 10x magnification and delivers a sharp, high-contrast image with true-to-life colors. This is made possible in part by the use of HD glass with extra-low dispersion and special dielectric coating. Light transmission is optimized by Vortex’s anti-reflective coating. The lenses feature the extremely hard and scratch-resistant ArmorTek coating that protects the surface from scratches, grease and other dirt.
Suitable for everyone
The wide eye relief of 17mm and twist-up eyepieces makes it pleasant viewing for eyeglass wearers as well. You always adjust the focus of the Vortex perfectly to your eyes thanks to the focus knob located behind the right eyepiece. In addition, these binoculars are also easy to mount on a tripod with a separately available adapter. These can be found under the “Accessories” tab.
