The lenses are protected from scratches, oil and dust by the ArmorTek lens coating.

Waterproof case

The housing of the Vortex Diamondback HD 12×50 is filled with nitrogen and sealed with O-rings to ensure reliable protection from dust, dirt, mist and water. It is rubber armored for a non-slip grip and durable protection.
