Hikmicro Pro 940 nm IR Illuminator – IR lamp

This HikMicro Pro 940 Nm IR illuminator can be used in conjunction with night vision goggles.
A night vision scope amplifies residual light to display a clearly visible image that is much more difficult to see with the naked eye.
If there is no residual light, for example because there is a large cloud cover in front of the moon and stars, then this IR illuminator can help.
This is because it emits infrared radiation in the direction in which you point the illuminator, which in turn can be easily seen through night vision goggles.
That infrared radiation -which comes from an LED lamp- has a wavelength of 940 nm (nanometers), which is too high to be observed with the naked eye.
Therefore, that which is being observed will not notice anything about the HikMicro Pro 940 Nm IR Illuminator.
The illuminator has a radiation range of 200 meters.
This infrared illuminator has a weight of 150 grams, making it easy to hold in your hand or attach to night vision goggles.
