Njord Skade Damast Small: trekking/camping axe

The inspiration for the design of this mythical ax originates from the time of the Vikings. The ax was an everyday utensil, an indispensable tool for gathering wood and building house and ship.

The Njord Skade is a compact and stunning damask ax named after the goddess Skade suitable for any outdoor adventure. An excellent choice for small chopping jobs, such as making kindling. Made from hand-forged layered damask steel and finished with a high-quality rosewood handle for a good grip. The ax is finished with a traditional protective blend of beeswax and linseed oil. The ax comes with a handmade brown leather sheath with belt loop.
