FX Impact M3 sniper Black

The three main improvements of the FX Impact M3 Black over its predecessor are the addition of an additional regulator, the use of a larger power plenum and an updated hammer spring preload adjustment system. We explain them one by one:

• Dual regulator system: The first regulator ensures that the second regulator has to process less pressure, allowing it to do its work more sensitively, which improves consistency. This is reflected in an even more accurate shot image. An additional advantage is the fact that – if desired – a compressed air reservoir of up to 300 bar can be mounted. Both regulators have an accurate Wika pressure gauge and of course the FX Impact M3 Black also has a pressure gauge for the filling pressure. It is important that a pressure difference between 30 and 40 bar is maintained between the two regulators.
  
• Power Plenum 720: This power plenum has a capacity of 72 cc, which means that the amount of air in stock just in front of the valve is more than sufficient to be able to shoot slugs with more power and therefore a greater speed. Obviously, you can still set the power for slower speeds. An additional advantage is that an even lower regulator pressure can be maintained.
  
• Quick Tune System: The hammer spring preload macro dial has been given an increased number of steps (16) for even more precise tuning in 1.5-4.5 m/s (5-15 fps) increments, depending on the caliber used and the regulator pressure. The newly added micro fine-tuning then works in steps of 0.3-0.6 m/s (1-2 fps). Both adjustments have a clear scale, so that you can quickly change caliber or type of ammunition, for example, with the corresponding adjustment.

They are not the only innovations that FX has implemented, the FX Impact M3 Black also has an adjustable power knob for the valve adjustment, which can now be fixed with an Allen screw and the short-stroke cocking lever with enlarged knob now works more smoothly and is also from right to right. to move left. In addition to the existing angle adjustment, the match tractor received a length adjustment, so that both long and short fingers can find a perfect adjustment.

A handy addition is the dual hole transfer port for most calibers. On one side of the port is a port with the letter ‘P’ on it. This transfer port with limited opening is used when discharging standard pellets. If you reverse the barrel, you can use the other transfer port with an ‘S’ written on it. This enlarged port is suitable for firing slugs and heavy pellets, and a metal bridge in the center of the port prevents ammunition from falling in.

The 20 MOA Weaver/Picatinny rail is ideal, which ensures that your rifle scope continues to have sufficient adjustment range, even when used at great distances. In addition to this rail, the FX Impact M3 Black also has two Weaver/Picatinny accessory rails on either side and one on the bottom just in front of the trigger housing.

Remaining on the FX Impact M3 Black are the height-adjustable shoulder pad and the Smooth Twist X barrel with interchangeable Superior liners. These liners are available in several calibers, different pitches and lengths and can be changed quickly and easily. The pulls and fields are applied from the outside, giving the inside of the liners a very smooth surface with minimal drag.

The FX Impact M3 Black comes in a medium state of tuning so it is universally usable. The maximum values specified in the specifications are achievable by using the various adjustment options on the air rifle.
