Muzzle Brake DonnyFL QD

This DonnyFL QD muzzle brake is made of black anodized 6061 T6 aluminum. The muzzle brake features a QD (Quick Detach) connector, which allows you to mount it on the separately available QD barrel adapter. You slide it on, then turn the muzzle brake one turn and it’s attached. The airstrippers -those are the colored inserts you see in the DonnyFL QD muzzle brake- prevent the air behind the bullet from wanting to pass the bullet as it leaves the barrel. That creates turbulence that can affect cleanliness. Instead, the air is exhausted through the openings around it. This also applies to the air exiting in front of the bullet. In addition to minimizing turbulence, dissipating the air pressure in this way has a stabilizing effect on the barrel. Thus, storage is greatly reduced. Included with this DonnyFL QD muzzle brake are three sets of airstrippers. This is because they are caliber dependent, as you want as little space around the bullet as possible for maximum effectiveness. A handy little tool to secure the airstrippers is included. Included with the DonnyFL QD muzzle brake are airstrippers for the following calibers:
