You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, stating the reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a credit for the full order amount (excluding shipping costs).

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, along with all supplied accessories, must be returned to the seller in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@essenoutdoor.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has been received back in good order.

Please note: we ship with our shipping company for contractually agreed shipping costs; different prices often apply to the consumer.
